Return & Cancellation Policy

01 CANCELLATION
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Once an order is marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled through the website.
02 HOW TO CANCEL
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, go to My Orders in your account and select Cancel Order next to the relevant order. If the option isn't available, please contact our support team with your order ID.
03 ELIGIBILITY
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products, provided the item is:
✓ Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
✓ In the original packaging with all tags attached
✓ Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
Certain categories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
04 RETURN REQUEST
How to Request a Return
Go to My Orders, select the item you wish to return, and click Return Item. Choose a reason for the return and submit your request. Our team will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
05 REFUNDS
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
06 DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We'll arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
07 EXCLUSIONS
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, personalised/customised products, items marked as final sale, and digital products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
